Matorkay was the uncle of Hayat Khan - the 13-year-old kid who was convinced by PTM dissident Noorul Islam Dawar to give a video message against security powers for embracing unreasonable means as they continued looking for his senior sibling Shariatullah.

In a meeting with Voice of America, Jalat Khan, father of Shariatullah, affirmed that his child was a fear monger.

Khaisor episode: The untold story

Shariatullah is said to have snatched and consumed four MPCL representatives and an Outskirts Corps officer on October 23, 2018.

Another representative, Zahid Mehmood, was abducted and kept by Shariatullah at his home in Khaisor with the assistance of his dad Jalat and sibling Irfan.

At the point when security powers went to protect Mehmood, Shariatullah figured out how to escape into the mountains with the abductee.

Hayat was convinced to give a video proclamation against the security powers.

Nonetheless, Matorkay denied any such episode, saying he was with security powers when they looked through the place of his sister. Hayat's mom and Matorkay's sister inked a sworn statement expressing no such thing occurred.
