A civil judge at the Federal Judicial Academy in Sargodha, Asim Hafeez's wife, is accused of torturing one of her maids, Rizwana, after accusing her of stealing gold jewels. The maid's family claims that the girl was brutally abused by the civil judge's wife while she was a servant at her husband's home in Islamabad for six months. They went on to say that the owners never gave the girl a salary. The girl's body and face contained more than 15 torture marks, according to the police.
